Magnifying and reducing the view
The Zoom control on the Preview tab of the ribbon offers several methods for magnifying the view of Crystal Reports.
The Preview › View › Zoom menu contains Page Width, Whole Page, a set of preset percentages (400%, 300%, 200%, 150%, 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25%), and Customize…. A check mark shows the current setting.
To increase or decrease magnification:
Do one of the following:
- Choose a preset percentage from the Preview › View › Zoom menu.
- Choose Customize… from the Preview › View › Zoom menu and enter a magnification percentage.
To resize a page to fit the window:
Do one of the following:
- To resize the page to fit entirely in the window, choose Whole Page from the Preview › View › Zoom menu.
- To resize the page to fit the width of the window, choose Page Width from the Preview › View › Zoom menu.
To return a page to its actual size:
- Choose 100% from the Preview › View › Zoom menu. The actual size for a Crystal report is typically 100%.
