Magnifying and reducing the view
The toolbar offers several methods for magnifying the view of Crystal Reports.
To increase or decrease magnification:
Do one of the following:
- Select a magnification percentage from the preview toolbar menu.
- Click the magnification percentage area in the toolbar, type a new percentage, and press Enter or Return.
To resize a page to fit the window:
Do one of the following:
- To resize the page to fit entirely in the window, choose Zoom > Whole Page from the preview toolbar.
- To resize the page to fit the width of the window, choose Zoom > Page Width from the preview toolbar.
To return a page to its actual size:
- Choose Zoom > 100% from the preview toolbar. The actual size for a Crystal Report is typically 100%.
